This book has helped me see where I'm faltering on my spiritual walk. It's helped me to face things about myself that I already knew, but just haven't acknowledged. If you want to take steps to grow into a mature spiritual being, or even if you just want to grow into a more mature person, this book will help you. It's been great for me and I love it.

Oldie but a Goodie.

Here is a classic but a very solid classic. I enjoyed taking a few teams through this book and actually am making this one of the required readings in our Church Leadership Pipeline.
A few chapters in this book will get you to examining your own leadership and challenge you in how well you are really doing.
